Hi, we are John & Lauri Abraham, founders & owners of Bambanani Ranch, home of the finest Ankole - Watusi Cattle. I grew up in South Africa, my wife joined me over 30 years ago, and we built a career around wild African Safaris. We know A LOT about African animals & Watusi are no exception. Both our sons went to Texas A&M, married, and settled down in Texas. We made the jump across the pond to the USA several years ago and began raising Watusi on our land. These beautiful animals have enriched our lives with treasured memories and fun times with our growing family. Bambanani means "Togetherness" in Zulu, an African language dear to our hearts. We decided to name our cattle business "Bambanani" because God has used this land to reunite our family, to bring us closer together. At the end of the day, our priority is our faith, family, and... raising the finest Watusi for you and your family to enjoy together.
